Do a New Thing

I had already shared awhile back that I was leaving Beachbody. I had shared that I really felt God was leading me away, and also, because I really have felt for the longest time that I was on the wrong seat on the bus.

Let me explain.

As someone whose job it was to help people reach their health and fitness goals with the programs and tools I offered, I started to really take notice that while people were encouraged by my words and my actions, I was not the one they went to in order to REACH those health goals. They would go somewhere else. They would hire a personal trainer, join a gym, try a different product or program, whatever. And that is not me blaming them, whatsoever. They were doing their due diligence in finding the best solution for them.

I was just not that solution. And that is okay to admit. I have never, ever wanted to be a personal trainer. I had a Cize Live certification, but really, that was as far as I was going to go with any type of fitness certification. I had no interest in being a fitness professional.

So it really made me think about whether or not I was on the right seat on the bus. My answer came to a defeating: NO.

I also realized that in this business, because I wasn’t gaining customers (people who wanted me to help them with their fitness goals), most of my income was coming from my team. And that was not the reason why I joined. While I realize with Direct Sales/ MLM’s that is part of it, building wealth by building a team, I didn’t want that to be the only way. It wasn’t right to me. The only way you are really successful is if your team is successful. That is a good thing. But I also wanted customers. I wanted to have a business helping people and get them the results they were paying for. That mattered to me.

So it made sense to walk away. And be open to new opportunities that fit who I am a little bit better.

To provide my family with the financial portion that we needed (and we do need it).

To build relationships with other women.

To have fun.

And my favorite part: to possibly do it with my sister.

And I found it in Vegan hair care.

Hair care? Seriously?

Yes. To be honest, this is outside of my comfort zone. It requires being more social. And leaving my house, possibly. And actually talking to friends and hanging out over wine and coffee and not be a hermit. Or cling to staying indoors.

But the opportunity is huge. And honestly……it is just shampoo. That’s it. It doesn’t require people to change their habits or behavior or force them to adjust their budget to add something they have never had before. It is just fun. It is just shampoo.

I have been using it on myself and my family the last couple of weeks, and I can say it had made a difference in my own hair. It feels so much cleaner and more manageable. But that is all I will tell you.

Because this isn’t really about my old business or my new business.

It is about being okay with walking away from something that was good in your life, but realizing it may not fit what you need anymore, and being brave to pursue or open to something new. That can be anything in life.

Just as many of us will leave good jobs for greater ones, for a myriad of reasons, it is the same with everything else.

We pray. We weigh the pros and cons. We try. We fail. We win. We learn. We grow. That is how it goes.

So, if you are stuck spinning your wheels, and you know something needs to change, but you aren’t sure how….be open. Be praying. Be brave. Try. Fail. Then try again.

And be okay with walking away from good to get to Great.

Love,

Tiffany

Moving Forward is the First and Hardest Step

Seven years ago, I began an incredible journey towards getting healthy.  I was tired of how I looked. I was tired of how I felt.  My second born was a year old and I still looked (and felt) like I was five months pregnant.  We were eating fast food almost every single night, and I was tired of seeing my precious babies shove French fries in their mouths.

I wanted a change.

No, I needed a change.

For myself, for my health, for my family. We deserved better than McDonald’s and sickness.

So, I pulled out an old DVD, laced up old running shoes, and pushed play. Then, I learned how to select fresh, whole foods from the grocery store, searched for healthy recipes, and learned to cook for my family instead of going through the drive-thru.

Then, after nine months of hard work, and twenty pounds lighter and more pep in my step and more energy than I had when I was twenty, I discovered that I could help people get healthy. To do what I did, which was exercise and eat right, and help them get results.

As well as make fitness enjoyable.  Fitness is fun. It really is.  I know it doesn’t feel like that at first, but it really is when you discover what you enjoy doing.  I learned three years into Beachbody that dancing was my soulmate workout.  Cardio? No. Heck no. Unless it involved dancing.

I spent six years encouraging and promoting a message of being beautiful in your own skin. Being beautiful in the way that God made you and living well.  Be a Size You was a very personal message for me and I wanted to spread that message all over the country and even the world.

I still do.  I still believe in the mission behind Beachbody, and I still believe in the message of Be a Size You.

But at some point, some things come to an end.

For a long while, I have felt that God has been leading me to lay down this business.  It makes no sense to people on the outside, and truthfully, I have a hard time really expressing it verbally.  It comes out in one giant emotional word vomit. Ha!

But when it is time to let go of something, you do it.  You do it. You don’t overthink it, even if it doesn’t all make sense.  God led our family to live on the side of a mountain a couple of years ago, and we lived in a trailer as a family of four. It was the craziest thing to people.

Yet God was still God there on that mountain and He moved constantly in my heart and in my life and in my faith.

Even when you love something as much as I love Beachbody, and I truly do love them because they are the BEST (I know, totally biased), you still have to let go.

I am excited to see what God will do next for our family.  I am excited to see where God leads my husband in terms of his career and his leading of our family.  Good things will happen, even if it looks different than I had originally pictured.

To those of you who have supported me, encouraged me, purchased from me, been a part of my challenge groups and online fitness communities, THANK YOU.

Thank you for allowing me a window seat into your life and allowing me to walk along the journey of being a healthier version of you. I know it wasn’t easy and it was so hard at times. Know that I am still rooting for you.  I want success for you.  I want good things for you.

I want you to continue to live well, and give God the glory.  Be a Size you is not a one size fits all message.  It is for everyone.

I will still be blogging, and still be getting my sweat on and sharing my faith and all the things that matter to me. Because even though health and fitness won’t be my vocation, it doesn’t mean I care any less about it.  And yes, Cize dance videos will still be happening on IG! Holla!

Thank you again for loving me and allowing me to serve you in health.

Be a Size You Forever,

Tiff

Fad’s Are Fun, But Do They Provide Lasting Results?

Blueberry Smoothie of the Day

Of course, if someone were to ask you that question, you would say no.  You might even shout it from the rooftops that “fads don’t work, so stop following them.”

And I would agree with you, 100 percent.

But here is the thing: A lot of us say that fads don’t work, but we are using them and falling for them every time they rear their ugly head.

Why?

Well, for starters, look at the promises they make!  Great health and weight loss in a matter days, weeks.

You don’t have to spend a whole year getting the results you want, just do this for a month and your life will be changed.

Sometimes, they even tell you that you don’t have to change your eating habits or physical activity.  Just pop a pill, drink a shake, do this procedure, and everything will be good.

Sometimes, you are required to change your eating habits, but they make you go through extreme processes such as eliminating certain foods (carbohydrates, fruit etc)

Here are some numbers that I found in regards to fad diets and what they are truly producing in our health and fitness (Information found here):

*More than 1 in 20 adults are considered to be extremely obese.

*In 2010, 54% of adults said they were currently on a diet.

*The number of Americans who regularly consume low calorie, sugar free foods and beverages: 187 million.

*About 33% of kids between 6-19 years of age are considered to be overweight or obese.

*Fad diets are more likely to work when 150 minutes of exercise is completed every week.

*65% of people who successfully complete a fad diet will end up gaining all of their weight back that the lost.

There is so much more where that came from.  To be fair, any diet will work.  Anytime you limit your calorie intake for a period of time, and you replace the junk food with healthier options, you will see some sort of result in your weight loss journey.

Here is what fad diets prey on: The mentality of cheap, fast, easy. And, the longevity of their product or resource that they are offering changes as often as the trends do.

Let me cut it down to size for you, stop falling for the fads.  Stop allowing them to make it confusing for you when it comes to your health and fitness journey.

I know that to say move your body and eat nourishing foods sounds trivial and that I don’t understand how hard it is, but I do. Because I was there for years doing the latest and greatest available to man until I found systems that worked for ME and for my ultimate goal: a lifetime of health.

I workout five to six days a week.  Usually no more than 30-40 minutes (sometimes, I can get away with moving my body intensely for 20 minutes! Score!)

I workout mostly in my living room using a virtual gym membership (This one is my favorite.) As well as getting out and working out with friends and family. Hiking, running, dancing, walking, or a local bootcamp is a great way to stay active and feel support and be consistent and change scenery!

I have chosen to eat a more Paleo type diet (having a diet is different than being on a diet….remember that!) My philosophy really is to eat as many whole, nutrient dense foods as possible.

I drink my superfood Shake each day because, hello, I am a busy wife and mom and spend a lot of time in the car taking people places.  It is BRAINLESS nutrition for me….I don’t have to think about it. It is the ultimate Mom Fuel!

Speaking of fuel, one of my kids who shall not be named, refuses to try to eat veggies. No matter how I try, he absolutely believes I am trying to poison him. Dramatic, that one is.  So I have also decided to give my kids their daily serving of veggies and fruit in a shake for a snack, so that I feel a little more confident that my kid isn’t going to drop dead from refusing to eat his veggies.

My kids are active. Madi swims 4-5 days a week. Sean has a baseball game twice a week and at least one baseball practice.  I make sure that I invest to get them what they need because they have growing bodies that I need to pay attention to.

All that to say, my process isn’t that complicated. Yours shouldn’t be either.   You need to do research.  You need to, tough love here, step away from the easy, quick, and fast aisle in the grocery store and buy as many whole foods as possible. Healthy food isn’t more expensive.  You believe it is because companies have lied to you.  Fad diets have lied to you. Fast food may be filling your stomach and stopping the hunger pains for the moment, but you are still deprived of nutrition. You are empty of what you actually need.

Your body doesn’t need another diet with big promises. Your body needs you to make the decision to change because your choices don’t just affect you. They affect your entire family.

Imagine you had a choice to get healthier, your very life was on the line, and these were your options:

A. Invest in your health, but it meant that you could live longer and be there for your kids and you could get better.

B. Complain that eating healthy and exercise is too expensive and too inconvenient and it would take too long, then you end up dying and leaving behind your kids.

Yeah…I went there.

Read the statistic again about how more than 1 in 20 adults were considered extremely obese. If these fad diets were so good, than that number should not be the truth..  That should not be the reality.  I am so saddened by the fact that we could absolutely change this, but we choose not to because we believe the lie that fast, easy and cheap is the best way and it is not fair that it is expensive.

You want to save money? You want to put more money back in your wallet? You are tired of paying the doctors to stay ill and on medication when you want to be living whole and free?

Get healthy.  Make those changes. A healthy person does not visit the doctor nearly as much as those who are chronically ill due to their unhealthy habits that can be changed due to diet and exercise.  If you are on medication or sick all the time, over time, with consistency and being willing to stick with it,  you will see a transformation take place.

It won’t happen as fast as those fads try to sell you, but it will happen. But you have to be willing to step up to the plate, slam those lies that are pitched at you out of the park, and run like the wind to score.

Go do it, sister friend.

Tiffany

My Life Changed When……

I finally had enough of not feeling good in my skin.

I wanted to develop healthy habits, but I wanted to do it the right way. Problem was, I didn’t really know what the “right way” was or meant or how to go about it.

I spent a lot of money and time on things that gave a false hope. Supplements couldn’t change my life….my new habits had to.

That meant that I had to move my body and build stronger muscles and workout.

That meant that I had to learn more about quality nutrition. Not just focus on low calorie, but on REAL food that gave my body what it needed to function at its most optimal.

It meant I had to say no to the things I enjoyed previously because they no longer served me in my pursuit of my goals. It meant being okay with being uncomfortable because that was how change was going to happen. I couldn’t take the easy way out.

Beachbody changed my life and helped me develop habits that I lacked. It gave me the confidence to finish a 21 day, 30 day, 60 day, or even a 90 day program because all I had to do was follow the workout calendar, get off my butt and push play.

Beachbody changed my life in that it wasn’t just about working out, but fueling our bodies. It meant following the nutrition guide that came with my program because it was designed to help me succeed. I wasn’t smarter than the program. I let the experts help me where I couldn’t help myself.

Beachbody changed my life in that it provided incredible high quality nutrition, Shakeology, meant to give me one nutrient dense and brainless meal a day, so that I could stay with my goals even as a busy mama and wife. It didn’t replace healthy eating and living, it enhanced it. It expedited my results and help me cut my habit of snacking.

Beachbody changed my life in the fact that I have a HUGE community of women who want the same thing: healthier lives. We support each other. Push each other. Celebrate each other. Some of us have taken on the roles as coaches to help other women do the same thing……encourage women to live healthier and fuller lives.

Beachbody hasn’t been instant gratification. It is hard work and a willingness to surrender to the process in order to reach a certain results. There is no room for know it alls and for those who aren’t willing to work for what they want. The incredible value that Beachbody has provided me for life (with a virtual gym in my living room with a few thousand dollars worth of workouts…no matter where I go?!) is far greater than anything else out there.

I don’t say that with arrogance. I say that with confidence. Because I am literally living proof of what can be achieved if we are willing to work for it.

Hard work beats talent when talent doesn’t work that hard.

If you are ready to finally take action on your health, I would love to help you 1:1 in October and provide the tools I have successfully used so you reach your goals.

Friday Favorites Roundup week of 8/21

Yippeee! It is Friday! I am so dang excited for the weekend. On Saturday and Sunday, our family likes to go on little adventures, whether that is hiking, trying out a new lunch spot, the beach, or just chilling and watching a movie. We do our very best to spend time together in the middle of being so busy with activity. I don’t want to miss a single moment with my family.

On to my favorites!

I am really, really wishing for Fall to hurry up and get here. I have a few Duster cardigans in my closet that need to be worn and I can’t wear them in ninety degree weather. Not happening.

If you don’t have one, you need one or a few! I am searching for a leopard one for myself to add to my collection (so if you spot one, let me know!) because it would be perfect for Fall and for date night in some cute black skinnies and heels. I have already envisioned the outfit I would wear with it. Does that make me weird? Please tell me I am not the only one!

Anyway, the one I am wearing is from Lularoe (my sister, Sheena Roark is a retailer) but here are some other duster cardigan options here, here, and here.

I am currently reading and finishing up Cultivate by Lara Casey. I took a brief break from it to read Be Obsessed or Be Average. These two books are completely different, but I love them both. Excited to share my thoughts and what I learned from Cultivate.

I like simple meals as much as possible. But I have also been digging making Eggs and Kale for breakfast. It is so easy and I just feel so good after eating it. I can’t explain it!

It is especially hardy after a workout. I use my favorite organic spices, Balanced Bites Spices. My husband loves to use the Taco and Fajita seasoning. I love the Savory, Diner, or Italian.

Speaking of workouts, lately, I have been enjoying the 17 Minute HIIT workout by Joel Freeman (co-creator of Core De Force). When I say it is 17 minutes, I mean it. It is intense. It gets the job done, and then you get to go on with your day. It is only available for BOD members, so if you aren’t one, and you would like a free 14 day trial (and you don’t have a coach!) you should check it out! I took this workout (and more) with me to Laughlin this past week and it was awesome to kick butt and not have to figure out what to do for my workout while on vacay. Winning at life!

That is all for this week, sister friends!

What are you loving this week? Please share or tag me on your social media posts so I can see all your favorite things.

Beachbody’s Newest Fitness Program, The Shift Shop, is HERE!

I always get excited when a new fitness program is released because it challenges me to step out of my comfort zones and try something new.

I have obviously tried many fitness programs and I have loved many, while not liking others. That is part of fitness right? You won’t love EVERY fitness program or workout you try.  That is not realistic. But thinking that you may not like it is not a reason to not try.

I also think people are just intimidated by fitness programs because they just seem really hard and they aren’t sure they can keep up.

Enter in The Shift Shop!

What is the Shift Shop?

It is a 3 week fitness AND nutrition program that is mean to help you:

*Get in Peak Shape

*lose 10 pounds

*get in a quality workout in 24-45 minutes

It Includes:

*New workouts weekly

*A nutrition guide (because we all know that you can’t just workout. You must feed your body!

*Chris Downing is an NASM certified trainer (which means he knows what he is talking about!!)

*Modifications for every workout.

It was officially released today on Beachbody Demand and in fitness and nutrition packs. I will officially be starting this program on July 24th (Yep, I will do it with all of you!) because I am super excited to see Chris push me and see what my results will be.

If you are a visual person, like me, I like to see videos of what I may be getting myself into. Here is a great video for you to check out!

My group will begin on July 24th. You will want to decide right away that you are in it to complete this three week program.  There are different options for you to choose from in regards to how you want to obtain your program, but I highly recommend doing the Annual All Access fitness and nutrition pack, because not only is The Shift Shop included, but once you are ready to do a new program, you will have access to thousands of Beachbody’s other fitness programs in your living room or wherever you choose to workout. YES!

And just so you know, I pay less for a year’s worth of unlimited workouts (with celebrity trainers by the way!) than most people pay for their yearly gym membership.

I am taking 5 spots for this group.  If you would like to be a part of this 3 week game changing program, fill out the contact information below, and I will connect with you asap!

*Please note: I can only take those who are not currently Beachbody coaches or are actively working with a coach.  Only open to U.S., Canada, & Puerto Rico*

It’s HERE! YouV2!!!!

For those of you who have felt like you have been left out of the fitness community because the workouts are too intense or too much for your body and you don’t feel ready to go THAT hard…..

Now there is something finally for you.

YouV2

I had briefly gone over what YouV2 was and the workout over in this post. So every question you may have regarding the length of workouts, cost, specific links and more are in that post. So head there if you have questions.

I will be honest when I say that at first, I wasn’t excited about this program.

You will have to keep in mind that I have been on my fitness journey for seven years now.  Six years as a Beachbody Coach.  So I had to go back to when I first began.

While I didn’t have 50 pounds to lose, I definitely had 20 plus and I didn’t like how I felt or looked. I was tired.  But I also didn’t feel like I could do the extreme programs like P90X or Insanity.

No. Way.

I just wanted something that would help consistently move and not feel defeated after the first day. I wanted a program that would provide me with the tools I needed to push play and be motivated and that I would at least have a little fun. I like fun. I bet you do too.

Did I push myself to more intense programs later on? Absolutely! Eventually, I built up enough  strength and confidence to take on new challenges.  But that didn’t happen in month one. Or month two.

But it is not just about me. It is about others. That’s the point.

So for those of you who have a considerable journey ahead of you and you want to start but you aren’t ready for Insanity or Crossfit, then this is a place just for you.

Can I encourage you to reach out to your coach or to me if you don’t have one, to get started? I have a virtual fitness community starting on Monday, May 22nd and I would love to have you join us!

Be a Size You,

Tiffany

P.S. Did you know the kids can join in too??!! YAAAAASSSSSS! Let’s make family fitness a thing!

What’s Next For Me in my Health & Fitness Journey

Hey all!

It has been awhile since I have done a weekly recap of my fitness and health adventures, so I thought I would briefly check in here to share what is going down.

I will be finishing up my first 30 days of Piyo this week. It has actually felt so good to just stretch and not jump. My body feels more flexible. I don’t feel as run down, and I feel stronger too. This was an awesome break from the extreme fitness I was used to.

Starting on Monday, I will be diving into 21 Day Fix Extreme, which is a 3-week fitness and nutrition program. I love the 21 Day Fix Series. Anytime I need something short but effective when it comes to fitness, that is my go to, unless it is dancing. I will be back to lifting weights, cardio and body weight exercises this time, so really focusing on my nutrition for muscle growth and stamina, and having Shakeology to fill in the nutrition gaps I may be missing, as well as a ton of Energize on hand, is what will get me through. Don’t think for a second that this program is easy. Lol!

If you have done the basic 21 Day Fix and don’t know the difference between the Fix and Extreme, here is a handy tool for you.

For those curious about how I eat, I will follow a mostly Paleo diet. It will still work with this program.

For those of you in my upcoming Bootcamp that begins Monday, I will be sharing a “how to choose your fitness program” tutorial today in our community. Not in my May Bootcamp but would like to join us? There is still room! Just click on the contact me button or apply here

Nutrition will be huge for me. I have already shared about how my nutrition and changing to a more Paleo lifestyle has helped me in my overall fitness transformation, but I want to share how I think eating differently will help you as well.

It doesn’t have to be technically Paleo. But it should be nutrient dense, and real food. I see so many on social media about women who are looking to get healthier and change their bodies, but they don’t really eat that different. OR they go the extreme route and do a diet or cleanse believing that it will help speed up their metabolism or help them lose weight, but then they find themselves back to where they started. They may see some weight loss in the beginning, but after the diet is over or the juice cleanses are done, it is a heavy reality.

Food isn’t something you can kind of sort of stick with. You must constantly be researching, experimenting, cooking, trying new things. Food isn’t one size fits all. But I will say the eating whole food is for everyone. Stop buying the pre-packed frozen health food and start making your own. If you need something quick and nutritious so you can avoid junk food, this is why I recommend Shakeology. It doesn’t have to be overly complicated meals. Keep it simple, sister. If you keep telling yourself that it is too expensive, too much time, or that you are too busy, those are excuses that need to go. You need to re-think your priorities and your beliefs. Just tell yourself instead that it is not worth the time, the money, or the effort to do these things in order to be healthier.

Honestly, when you tell yourself that, how does it sound?

Because I really believe that nutrition is such a key factor in your results, I will be posting my meals each week on social media. I won’t do it daily, but basically a weekly recap so you can see by what I mean when I say easy, nutritious, and delicious. I promise, it won’t be complicated.

I will also share my favorite places to eat out that provide locally sourced and organic options. Worth it to find awesome restaurants in your area to help you!

As always, my heart and mission is to encourage you and push you. You are worth it, sister friend!

Be a Size You,
Tiffany

CDF recap Week 3

So far, I am feeling really good. These are my results so far from Core De Force. I am really, really happy and my husband has said that he really notices a change all over.

Something I have noticed too is that when I look in the mirror in my bedroom, I can see clearly all the changes. I can feel them in my clothes as well.

But, because I lack a tan, and I am so dang white, my results are not showing up in pictures as well. Which kind of irritates me but I guess that is what I get for being pale. Lol! I don’t have shredded abs, that’s for sure. But I feel pretty good about them!

*Side note: you do not have to work towards shredded abs in order to feel progress. Whatever results YOU want to work towards, go for that. I have my specific goals and you will have yours.

Getting ready for my final week of CDF and I am super excited about finishing. This program has been hard for me to push through, honestly. I like it. It is a really good fitness program. But I think I enjoy working out to it LIVE with others than I do at home, if that makes sense. It definitely is not my favorite at home fitness program. But it is good. Just not my favorite. And that is okay. I have quite a few favorites to go back to.

Right after I am done with CDF, I will be doing Piyo! I am so excited to take a break from intense programs and do something low impact but effective and continue to strengthen and lengthen my body.

An example of what I did this week with CDF:

On deck for Week 4:

Monday: MMA Plyo & Core Kinetics

Tuesday: Power Sculpt & 5 Min. Core on the Floor

Wednesday: MMA Plyo & Core Kinetics

Thursday: Dynamic Strength & 5 Min. Core on the Floor

Friday: MMA Speed & Core Kinetics

Saturday: MMA Shred & Core Kinetics

Sunday: Active Recovery

I am really determined to finish this program because, hello, if you finish and turn in your results, you get a free t-shirt. And this girl likes free stuff. Haha!!

I am ready to take on a new week! Let’s do this! My 7 Day Spring into Health challengers begin on Monday and we are ready to kick some booty! 💪🏻

Week 2 CDF Recap

Such an incredible week with Core De Force

The workouts are getting more challenging and they are definitely longer than 22 minutes! But that is okay. I need the push.

I think what challenges me so much with this workout are the constant push-ups and the cardiovascular movements that MMA requires. I have to mentally push myself through those kinds of workouts because I tend to quit when it gets really hard. I don’t like hard! Lift weights I can do any day. To me, that is easy. But oh man. Cardio and body weight 😫.

Here is a very brief video of one of my routines that I performed this week. Don’t be fooled by it. It is NOT easy. You will be a sweaty mess and exhausted at the end. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. But once you are done, you will also realize how amazing your body feels. And how much stronger you are from the last time you worked out.

CDF sneak peek

I am noticing that I am leaning out quite a bit all over. My shoulders definitely look stronger. My core feels so much stronger, which is a big part of this workout. They want to help you build a strong core, hence Core De Force.

What’s on the schedule for week 3:

Monday: MMA Power + Core Kinetics

Tuesday: Dynamic Strength + 5 Min. Core on the Floor

Wednesday: MMA Power + Core Kinetics

Thursday: Power Sculpt + 5 Min. Core on the Floor

Friday: MMA Plyo

Saturday: Dynamic Strength + 5 Min. Core on the Floor

Sunday: Rest day

Meals for the week:

Monday: Ground beef lettuce tacos with house fries

Tuesday: Roasted chicken and veggies

Wednesday: Chorizo and Kale soup from Lexie’s Clean Kitchen cookbook

Thursday: Ground beef meatballs and bacon spinach

Friday & Saturday: Leftovers

Sunday: shop and prep

The meals scheduled can always be switched around the days depending on what happens, but that is what I have ready to make at any moment. I like to be prepared and not spend all my money eating out.
