I hear this statement a lot, especially if the individual who is interested in a fitness program is doing a nutrition plan that they have seen on TV (think Weight Watchers, etc). Those nutrition plans are awesome, but I will still tell you that you still need Shakeology with your fitness plan. Here is why:
